Kandao Meeting 360 Pro
No Sound or Mic not working when Kandao Meeting 360 Pro connected to laptop
Please check if the Kandao Meeting 360 Pro is connected to the Provided Power Adapter (3A) - without sufficient power, the Kandao 360 Pro Speaker would not work.
If it is powered properly you should hear a chime when it is powered on (green light is illuminated in the unit)
Pls check if your computer/application is set to play the sound to the correct device (Kandao)
- Open Microsoft Teams, Click More, select Device Setting

- Change to Kandao Meeting for Audio, Speaker, Microphone and Video
Please check if the Kandao volume is not at 0 (by pressing the volume up button)
